Here is a headline

(you just paste in the picture location)

Second Headline

If the are two headlines or more, the program automatically generates a table of contents.

Click on Edit This Page and have a look at how it is done!

Here is a link to a beginning page on Lectins? using the double square bracket method. Since there is already a Lectins? page, it is automatically linked to; you just need the name.

Here is an 'outside' link.

The Blood Type Diet Website

You just include the link address, a space and a description inside of single square brackets.

  • An asterisk (*) followed by a space at the beginning of a line bullets the paragraph.

Mess around. Screw things up and then re-edit them to fix it.

  • It is a sand box, after all!
  • Just be sure to use your rake before you leave... LOL!

Headline Three

Adding a Heading for practice... Editing the Wiki is pretty easy! Some very simple commands to display tremendous amounts of information.

Note, I just figured out

Sometimes you can change things and not see the changes. That is because your browser may be still using the earlier version (lazy browser!). If so, just force refresh (great concept!)

  • To remedy this, there is a simple way you can make sure Firefox or IE loads up the latest version of a web page at any time: simply hold down the SHIFT key and left-click on the Reload icon. This forces your browser to reload every part of the currently viewed page from the Net and not your cache, ensuring every part of the content you're viewing is the latest available. Use this method at any time if you believe you are viewing an old version of a page.
