NN least common, appear to have less ability to digest and assimilate fats.

Especially Cholesterol containing foods in their diet.

anyone tested their MN status?

If so how have you found adjusting and with what benefits?

I presume most of us who have tested, have it in the block to the left of our posts.

I used to adjust according to Live Right.

Now I just let SWAMI do the adjusting for me.

My next question was going to be..Are NN more likely Non Secretors?

and then, as far as the fat assimilation is concerned is more important to find out if you are an NN, if you are a NON secretor?

I know NM can be Non Secretors

Rare when not of African heritage. I think it has only a slight effect on diet.

Yes, but stackedtheme offers testing kits that are not available in the US. I presume these are sourced from another vendor.

Hi Serenity,  how are you?  Could you please send me the details as I'd like to be able to find out more about the kit they use etc?  I would be really helpful for customers/clients to be able to have this test available rather than begging their Drs to have it done, as you know we have to here in NZ and AU.

Blood typing kits currently being sold Right 4 EU for distribution in Europe:

Most kits must be returned to a UK lab for processing.

I bought the kits from Tom Greenfield, http://www.greenfieldsclinic.co.uk & have to send back express international post (although if someone lives in the UK the postage is free)
