Interesting - Since starting my SWAMI the frequency of my RLS has decreased dramatically  :)

I have continuing problem with SIBO but the evidence of the rls that I detect disapeared after I settled down into my Swami diet.

Usually RLS is linked with obesity in the public mind, but this is a more helpful correlation.  It is more likely to have the public asking useful questions about their health. :)

I had terrible restless legs every night for years - I thought it would drive me to insanity sometimes. Then I accidentally stumbled over the cause for me - bananas! A cyclone wiped out whole plantations of them, and the ones remaining for sale were simply exorbitant. So we ceased eating them until the crops recovered. My RLS disappeared at the same time. It was only when I resumed eating bananas that the RLS returned, and then I made the connection. No bananas - no RLS!

I have RLS when I eat too much salt. It seems to swell the arteries in my legs and knees. It happens every time I eat anything salty, no matter what the food.

The arterial walls are one of the weak point of having type A blood, DL.  If you didn't already know this a little research might be a good idea.

Keep an eye out for that kind of issue.
