Hi iam wondering if anyone is taking kelp supplement ..How many mcg per day do you take? benefits and effects? :)

kelp is awesome. i buy it in the bulk section of the market, powdered, in the section with all the herbs. i sprinkle it on things for a little saltiness. a little seaweedy, but a nutrition powerhouse. iodine, magnesium, etc. etc. love it especially on top of avacado :K)

Kelp is one of my favorite foods. I love the taste and smell. Fucus really makes me feel balanced and good!
Instead of using a tortilla with my eggs, I wrap them in a sheet of roasted nori, sprinkle in some nutritional yeast, cumin, himalayan salt and crunch down on it YUM!
