A study just released by NYU School of Medicine and several others showing how certain microbes in our gut can cause certain diseases via inflammatory signals and so it's just another confirmation for me as to why we probably need probiotics (along with BTD) for proper health.

Isn't the gut also called ''the second brain''? as i thought that i've either read on here or elsewhere about how there are serotonin and dopamine receptors in our gut influenced by our diet and bacteria to which has an effect on our psyche well being as well.
