Wow.
Do you want to perfect your cookery skills?
It's nice to see Gordon Ramsay as a teacher only, simply demonstrating, in his own kitchen, recipe after recipe.
20 Episodes in Season One.
http://www.bbcamerica.com/gordon-ramsays-ultimate-cookery-course/guide/season-1/
I just viewed its first episode and am impressed, very impressed.
Everything from quick references to kitchen set-up or equipment mgmt/handling, through to 5 finished plates.
Chops, fish filets, scallops, chicken breast, stuffed roast chicken...
A glance at later episodes shows him to be a real fan of Lamb!
Imagine your own substitutions, but at whatever level you find yourself, you're bound to come away with something new.
I know I did.

Seeing it done by someone so expert is a real privilege.

I haven't watched any of that series you recommend, so this is not a criticism of the show in any way.

However, I have found that the very best instructions for truly healthy and delicious cooking - without loss of vitamins, minerals and essential delicate fatty acid components can be found on the http://www.whfoods.org web site.  There are many videos where you can "cook with George".  If you subscribe to his free newsletter you will get regular links to his cooking lessons.

You can also buy his book which has become my cooking bible - many hundreds of recipes using only healthy whole foods.  Naturally, you won't be interested in the foods that aren't right for your blood type, but George is very respectful of individual bodily needs without specifically mentioning the BTD.

The ONLY criticism have is that he lives in Hawaii and evidently has access to fresher "everything" than most of us do.

Cool site you mention, and jam-packed with information.

Watching a world-class chef prepare 5 dishes in 20 minutes, and coming away with numerous ideas is what I hoped to share.
I could also name a number of other chefs with videos available for free viewing, but this is a new BBC program, based on a book that is flying off the shelves.
I think it's impossible not to learn/ absorb from this show.

(And there's none of the rancor and trash-talk of his "Reality" shows. I think he's better as a teacher than a Game Host.)

I love this show! I watched all the episodes and want the book for my birthday!

Gordon strips his cooking back to basics and lets the ingredients speak for themselves. A great 'course' with fabulous food, hints, tips, information, and ideas. Love it.

I think his food handling instincts are among the best in the industry.  Zen-like.

Quoted from Averno

I think his food handling instincts are among the best in the industry.  Zen-like.

I just watched his two Baking episodes - I am not a baker.

The first one ("Season 1, Episode 11") was Ramsay At Worship, for sure.
Anyone who associates this man with a foul temper and fouler language
really ought to watch this episode.

More and more I get the feeling that Ramsay's anger is exacerbated by dealing with employees and TV Production factors. You watch him bake in his own silent home kitchen (which is fantastic, BTW) and you see this veritable poet, this introvert, making love to a variety of doughs (see Episode 12, too). You hear him whispering, murmuring, to the ingredients. You think he may weep...[and when you see that magnificent quiche, you just may weep, too!]

These are actually relaxing episodes.
And, yes, a pleasant side of the man.
