I finally got everything sorted out, I am not lactose intolerant - anything that is too fatty upsets my stomach - so in a way it was the cheese but not because I was lactose intolerant. I had also been eating vegan for a long time and the two incidents were situtaions I had not control of the food served. I didn't eat a lot but it was enough to make me have issues. I am so glad to be a warrior again.  I am eating vegan and thriving - only a few food changes but I get soy and tofu back so yeah!!! So happy I hope when the changes come through that it doesn't change things too much! |

I have had swami for about two years, I have been a teacher, an explorer, a warrior, and explorer and and a warrior again. This time I am 40% yeah !!! |

O yes, I reset everything to choose for me. I am so happy to be a warrior again 40% is the highest percent I have ever had in any of the many changes. I am one happy vegan warrior |

try resetting adding A1, then A2, and see if any changes occur in your food choices |

Are you talking about me by any chance? Glad you are happy now ... I am back to warrior too ... pin pointing weigh issues ... 40% too at the moment ... I have made a recent change in Swami from Super taster to slight taster after seeing somebody else's reaction who is a real super taster!!! I was comparing myself before to non taster I think ... We will soon see ...  |

Great news! I went to the doctor yesterday and my blood glucose levels have improved and my diabetic medicine - metformin - dose has been reduced! Yeah!! Even Happier as a Vegan Warrior |

We all lost some food we loved, you'll get over it. Besides you can always treat yourself to asparagus once a year if you feel the need. |
