Is it terrible if I don't have fingerprint information for SWAMI? Is it possible to leave that blank? My ridges are exceedingly low and full of vertical lines. Even US immigration gave up on me with their live scan technology, so I guess there is no way I will be able to work out my patterns... My daughter is very similar to me - could I use her prints as an indication?? |

I will put them all as composite, if I cannot define them ... PS: as the healing takes place, they will be easier to read and you can adapt your Swami accordingly ... you will soon be surprised ... identify your main issues, get all other measurements as close as possible, your secretor status, MN, they are the important ones, feed as much data as you can to Swami ... Listen to your body, take your time to learn the signals, ... look at the bright side of things, ... do not spend too much energy on what you cannot change, ..., the changes will come eventually, at their own time, as long as you stay in this 'discovering and living true to your type' lifestyle ... You can do it!! |

no......to each their own fingerprints
fingerprints tell us about your gestation....and that is personal to all
try running swami, leaving those blank...see what you get.... your secretor status might also be an important data to input |

Yes, if you can leave them blank is better, I thought you could not leave them blank for some reason, I think I was wrong there ... If you cannot leave them blank, use composite, I think that is what the GTD book suggests for the ones we cannot identify ... I am checking the book ... |

or use the common fingerprint patterns for your gt stated in the book, for starts..... after a while, you might be able to see them more clearly. have you tried a magnifying glass? swami might not be able to run without inputting all the FP..... try it out |

Try scanning your prints. Just put all 8 fingers on a scanner to create a file you can enlarge on a computer screen. Then press both thumbs on the scanner and create another file. Be sure to press firmly on the scanner to get good results. The live-scan technology the government uses doesn't work the same way. |

About the scanner, (that is what I used for mine and all my family at home too), try either way, if pressing hard does not give you clear picture, just try resting the fingers gentle on the glass, that worked fine for me too ... |

Work related, I had to have my prints taken. She told me I'd probably have to get them done my a Livescan machine so I'll have to drive 35mi. (one way) There were no horizontal white lines and only 1or 2 vertical ones. But the prints where just two faint to read. I thought I was doing so well. Going to ask for a copy. Maybe I've got some of mine wrong as I've put on weight, but still feeling much better. |

Several of my prints were too faint to read. I called the support number and was told to enter composite. As my gut heals and the fingerprints become clearer, I can edit my SWAMI. The ridges on my prints are already becoming clearer although there are still a couple I can't read at all. |

Well, I spent most of my morning driving around this town (post above). They gave me the address by phone only there where two streets with the same name. One is the most known and nobody ever heard of the other, so you can guess which was the right one. Anyway they take the prints only on Wednesday morning from 8-12 and I found it at 12:07. You guess it, again, I'll have to drive back next Wednesday! Oh it wasn't at the Sheriff's office but at the correction center. The officer did call to see if they would still take the prints, but it was just to late. He gave me some good directions to go home and I only have to reverse them. (he was very nice I might just write a letter about his help) By the way it will cost only $5 so for those who are have trouble reading their prints it just might be worth it. |

Nothing I tried at home worked (scanning, ink pad, magnifying glass, friend) so I had to put all composites when I first did Swami. But they are starting to come back, so will change them when I can tell. |

So what does it mean when your prints are fading? I have my prints from when I first started swamix. BD read them. The lines where there then too. (one may be a scar) but this time over half my fingers where blank. (I'm fading!) |

It's been a bit over one year since I've done SWAMI & thus my fingerprints. My husband had such a hard time reading them and I also had so many white horizontal lines. Seven months later we redid them and two of my fingerprints were more readable and had been thought to be something else when they were so hard to read and so I changed it is SWAMI. Before that, my fingerprints were symmetrical and after they were the typical Explorer asymmetrical prints. This week we checked them again and most of the horizontal lines have disappeared. The past several months I have taken 4 Intrinsia daily as well as 2 Polyflora. I have also been very vigilant to not ingest 'hidden' gluten in various products. I bought a T-Fal ActiFry that only uses 1 Tbls. of oil to 'fry' sweet potato fries. This device does many other things as well. I came to realize that the oil that they do sweet potato fries in at restaurants much be done in the same oil as they do say - onions rings and other things that contain gluten. (Not to mention that deep fried food is bad for one and especially me with no gallbladder; but once in a blue moon if we were out & about I would treat myself and this is the only fried food I would eat). Anyhow I had a gluten-free burger at Hero's this evening and the manager told me that they sweet potato fries are dusted with flour or they will fall apart. I realized this when I made my own with the ActiFry as it called for flour - I used white rice flour and we all enjoyed them! Live and learn! So no more eating sweet potato fries other than those I make at home. |

The fading is caused by gut flora imbalance. |

Mine are readable, but kind of faint. I can see them in the bright sunlight. I wash my hands so many times a day & wash a good amount of dishes. Do you think that wears away the skin? I guess if I took a few days off various chores, the prints might come back better. A male relative says he can separate the plastic bags at the grocery store better than his wife. I have trouble with them too sometimes. I'm sure he wets his hands a lot less than the wife. Any comments? |

Maybe, I clean for a living so my hands are always, rubbing something. The police station never got a good reading on my right ring finger. If it was my index I'd say I rub then down, cleanind etc. But my right ring and left baby. I could read them well enough to know that we got them right on swami. Hope I don't have to get them dusted. I think I have to go clean to Little Rock (85mi) |

The fading is caused by gut flora imbalance.
Since swami, my gut has worked better than it has in years, but I think I'll order again the polyflora. Just to speed the healing. |

I realized this when I made my own with the ActiFry as it called for flour - I used white rice flour and we all enjoyed them! Live and learn! So no more eating sweet potato fries other than those I make at home.
It's almost 6 months later, and having taken 4 Intrinsia and 4 Polyflora daily for four of those months, we redid my fingerprints. On the sheet looking with the naked eye, there a very few white lines showing. Now looking at them with a jeweller's magnifying glass, you can see more, but they are very, very faint and so, they are healing and fading as a result! But, oh... "What A Difference A Fingerprint Makes"!!! My left D2 which revealed itself as a tented arch last August is now presenting as a radial loop. It changed my SWAMI diet quite a lot. For instance, these avoids are now all neutrals - apricot, leeks, cashews, kiwi, orange, orange juice, sunflower seed oil, coconut oil. I am happy about the coconut oil for baking and the sunflower seed oil as so many of the baked veggie chips that one can buy has sunflower seed oil in them, I would have some on occasion with no ill effect (always took a Deflect), but I know that some effects of avoids are more subtle than others. Avocado from avoid to diamond. Some black dots are now beneficial or neutral : filberts/Neutral, chia seeds/Super, raisins/Super. From superfoods to diamond : brown rice flour and brown rice. Neutral chocolate is now Super. This whole SWAMI journey has been quite an experience. It is very encouraging to see the changes as they occur and who knows what my next fingerprint session will reveal, as my husband thinks that when the RD3 & 4 are redone we may get yet another reading. I truly believe that taking such large amounts of Intrinsia and Polyflora were key to fast forwarding the healing process. My digestion has improved and I don't have to follow food combining as stringently as I once did. All in all, I am a very happy camper! |

Diane, That is encouraging to hear taken Intrinsia and Polyflora have helped so much. I will have to try the Intrinsia as my two pinkie fingers are hard to read and some of the others are very faint. Lin |

Diane, I am a newbie here so excuse me if I am mistaken, but how on earth can a tented fingerprint change to a radial loop? I thought fingerprints were for life - (unless you just mean you are now seeing a radial loop because you can read them better now)? Erica |

Thanks AB Joe, Ruthie & Lin. akchick : my fingerprints were very difficult to read, it's because of the healing that my 'gut' is undergoing that now that they are becoming more legible and so they seem to be be morphing, when in reality they are becoming what they truly are. Like cleaning up a canvas and seeing that there is a whole other painting underneath. There are 2 other prints on my right hand that my husband thinks may be radial loops rather than tented arches. I will redo them again in the autumn and see. Even if they are radial loops, I input them into my SWAMI and it will stay as it is now with the changes that the one radial loop is showing. We had friends over for dinner tonight and they all have their SWAMIS and even with the healing, they can't get over the condition of my fingerprints compared to theirs and that's with improvement. I know that it will just keep getting better and better and I am very encouraged. |

Is the fingerprint the entire last digit? Or is it where you can actually see the type of print? Do the horizontal lines have to go through the print or do you consider horizontal lines anywhere on the last part of the digit, lines? Like, I have more of what I would call a crease just above where my last digit bends, but not through my print is why I am asking. Also, would there be any reason as to why one might have lines on one hand only? Thanks! |
