I just ordered Swami Xpress.  I just couldn't hold out any longer.  My hesitation has been that because I'm doing so well just as I am I didn't feel the need to change.  However, in two weeks I'll turn 71 years old & since I'm aware of the many changes (all very tolerable & gentle) that come with the territory of natural aging, I've decided that perhaps I should be open-minded to any change that Swami comes up with for me.  I absolutely love being a member of this Community & I look forward to having you join me, walking with me along my new Swami path to better health.

Great Phyllis! You go!  You could also have gone to the University and have Dr. D SWAMI-tize you via a student.. way cheap...

Not familiar with the area.  Is it close to a major Airport?

to Swami express for you.  And yes...if you can...get Dr. D. to do it through the University.

Ok, here's the info:

http://www.dadamo.com/cgi-bin/Blah/Blah.pl?m-1250200873/s-11/#num11   Took me a while to find it.

I don't know if it's still going on...   Lola has the rest  I'd rather have it at the university..with Dr. D

You are my inspiration and hero, dear Rex!  I love watching the way your life and health are supported by eating right for your type (consistently and persistently).

I don't think you'll be sorry! My Swami Xpress gave me the best of the BTD and the GTD foods that I already loved.

Thanks Drea...I love that dog of yours...please give him a big hug from me.  If Tucker can trim down...you can too...just think positive...you're too pretty to hide it all behind excess poundage...and you'll feel better too.

I'm going to see if I can talk my son into going to the University. He needs to get his diet fixed. His blood sugar was 148. I'm worried, high cholesterol and blood sugar and he's only 20.

MF, is he active? Exercise works so well for me, but can be a struggle in our cold climate.

Rex, that's great! I hate to spend money unless I know there is a good result. I'm sure that SWAMI will fine-tune your already fine diet. Actually about $70 isn't so bad. I thought it would be lots more. It costs more than that to just go to the dr. nowadays for some simple problem.
