hello folks,
is that ok for an pregnat A in her 9th week to come along with the intake of l'tyrosine once or 2x daily 500ngs' to fight fatigue and no more thyroide and lightly depressive tendencies
Might have to check on your thyroid lvls first. Too much might make your baby too big or too small. I was on 50 mcg of thyroxine through my pregnancy but had o do blood tests 2 times .

have her follow the fatigue fighting protocol.....also the fatigue book is very complete.....as well as the protocols in the baby book
hope she follows BTD and you ve already run a secretor status test to finetune

Lola thanx for the reminder, she's an A nonnie with an AB hubby and both follow the BTD advices... ok I'm going to write her the antifatigue protocols incl. foodlists.....
