I believe many were writing in asking for supplements readily available
in DPN to apply their specific protocol

so to each their own, Dr D has no secrets....all his formulas have supplement facts

you can buy from DPN or go out finding in bulk......you are not forced to do anything against your will

Not sure if you are aware or not But for example Intrinsa (A Dr D Remedy) has Caprylic acid in it as well as other stuff

Most of the changes are so that the online protocols refer to formulations that are currently available in the store.  Formulations given in the book may no longer be available, are being sold under a new name, or have been replaced with an improved formulation.

I cannot speak directly to the reason why the change for yeast protocol for Os.

But here are some general observations:

Genoma EQ is a new product that was not available at the time the book was written. It is not just Stinging nettles. So the synergistic effects of the mixture may cause it to rate higher than stinging nettles alone. The old formulation UDA plus is no longer being sold.

In general the products listed closer to the top of the list are suggested to be tried first.  This may in part be because they are easier to obtain, but often it is because they tend to be more effective for people in general. We are all individuals and you may find that a product lower in the list works better for you.
