Its my right foot.
This is the part of my foot that hurts with the red mark.

Do taking a bath every night can make you develop rheumatoid?

It was gone after maybe 10 to 15 min.

Then I move it and move testing and hoping it was gone it returned again. But with less pain.

And then when I gave it a rest for about 5 min. The pain is gone.

How do your shoes fit?  When you walk do the shoes fold down on that part of the foot?

Have you ever injured that part of your foot?

When your sitting do you stand on the ball of your foot, so that the shoe puts presser there?

Just some things to think about. Others will have more ideas I'm sure.

If youve never injured the foot. I'd say look at your shoes.

Give it a week and see if it gets better or worse.  Did you drop something on your foot?  Did you bump against something?

I wear my converse shoes every school day and leather when in uniform.
Maybe its the my leather shoes with 1 inch heel.
It is a bit tight.
I will try to skip it.

I never injured my foot.

Thanks for responding.

You could try massaging the area also.
Tight shoes aren't good for feet so it might be contributing.
Hope it goes away.
