Thanks for the info. I just started using kelp granules last week. It's a great addition to my "arsenal." I also bought the dulse granules, but I haven't tried them yet. |
| My SWAMI diet is a blend of BTD and GTD Explorer, but I'm not totally compliant.  Also I try to choose foods that have a Low Glycemic index.  DW and DD are A+, probably also Explorer. |

I just ordered 2 lbs of the bulk bars. You can save a ton of money doing it that way and individually wrap them when you get them. I have a Vac sealer, so this works for me. Now.........if I don't like them.........I'm sending them to you funkymuse!! what a 'threat' huh?
We'll take them! I was hiding them from hubby since I knew he'd love them and I wanted them all for myself! ha... Today I'm ordering more! |
