Even  superficial reading of my books should disclose that I think the personality stuff is vacuous at best, although the difference between the blood groups with regard to their chemical reactions to stress are more relevant.

Have you found some of the advice in EAT RIGHT FOR YOUR TYPE to be off for you personally..

yes, beans! but once i got Live Right For Your Type i understood better. i agree with D'adamo because he even switches benes/avoids in LR4YT from ERFYT

sometimes i also feel like a neutral is really super beneficial for me even though it is neutral. sometimes the beneficials arent good to me!

I know, I know.  I KNOW.  I just think it's so cool that I'm SUCH an A.  I mean, I'm an A to a T.  I know people too who don't fit into the personality thing, it's just a really  neat idea and cool to think about.

I don't fit the typical O profile.  I have a combination of ectomorph and mesomorph.  My master bodywork teacher (in reading my body structure) said my mind would always be at war with my emotions lol!  Boy, was he right on.

I think it's the stress responses that are supposed to cause some of the temperament tendencies.  Obviously environment, culture and upbringing play a large part also.

The personality profile of an O is supposed to be gregarious, outgoing and highly physical, lol I WISH!

I am introverted,spiritual and a fanatic

When I first read ER4YT I was 18,and at that time I had no idea of my blood type, but since My personality fit perfectally with type A,I started to eat like a type A and became a vegan.I especially agreed with the part where A's need gentle exercises like martial arts and tai chi, because I am fascinated by those. And I WAS A TOFU LOVER.

well needless to say,I WAS WRONG!

I found out I was a blood type O only 4 yrs ago! isnt that funny!

Ah, but you're still young, and your temperament, interests and all feelings in general are still changing.  ( I know, I used to hate it when people said that to me, but I found it to be true.)  I'm a completely different person than I was 10 years ago at 19.  I'm a completely different person than I was 5 years ago.  (Having children changes you in ways you wouldn't imagine.)  I was a real stick-in-the-mud until just a few years ago, but I'm not afraid of change anymore.  You may find after changing your diet that you become more O-like.  Or maybe not.  I know 1 or 2 quiet Os.
