Ingredient list:
  • 4 carrots
  • 4 parsnips
  • 50grams butter or ghee
  • freshly ground black pepper [or curry]
  • sea salt


How to make it:
  • Peel and thickly slice the carrots and parsnips.
  • Boil them until tender.
  • Drain well and mash them together.
  • Mix in the butter or ghee and season to taste.
