Ingredient list:
  • 3 sweet potatoes, baked, peeled and mashed
  • 1 can sliced peaches in lite syrup
  • 1 Tablespoon honey or agave
  • nutmeg or cloves to taste
  • butter or ghee (optional)


How to make it:
  • Preheat oven to 400.
  • Mix sweet potatoes with peaches (and some or all juice), and honey or agave.
  • Sprinkle lightly with spices, dot with butter, if using, and bake till bubbling.
