Ingredient list:
  • Goat Meat
  • Curry
  • Season Salt
  • Pepper
  • Tomato
  • Scallion/Onion
  • olive Oil


How to make it:
  • Clean and chop goat in bite-sized pieces
  • boil until almost tender 1 1/2 hr pour
  • off water
  • Season with black pepper, curry, seasoning salt
  • Add oil in pot, and brown meat on low/medium heat.
  • Add onion or scallion, tomatoes, 1 cup of water simmer low heat for 30 - 45 mins
