Ingredient list:
  • 1 head Romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 3 cups cubed chicken
  • 4 green onions, sliced
  • 4 Tablespoons toasted sesame seeds

    Dressing:

  • 1/3 cup cider vinegar [or lemon juice]
  • 3 Tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 Tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1/4 cup sugar [or agave]
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon msg
  • 1/4 white pepper (this is an avoid-use with caution)


How to make it:
  • Place romaine lettuce, green onions, chicken and sesame seeds in a salad bowl.
  • Mix dressing ingredients and pour over salad
  • Toss well.
