Tuna with Capers

Ingredient list:
  • One can or pouch of tuna packed in water.
  • 1 to 2 Tablespoons of olive oil.
  • 2 Tablespoons of petite nonpareil capers, rinse if desired.
  • sea salt
  • freshly-ground black peppercorns, optional


How to make it:
  • Drain tuna and add all ingredients to a bowl.
  • Add enough olive oil to moisten tuna lightly.
  • Mix.
  • Add salt and pepper to taste.
  • Chill.
  • Serve on bread, toast or crackers.
