Description:
Condiment using lemon juice and molasses. Great on burgers or meat loaf.


General applicability:

Ketchup

Ingredient list:
  • 12-ounce can of diced tomatoes, drained of juice
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1 to 3 Tablespoons of molasses [or BTD compliant sweetener]


How to make it:
  • Put all ingredients, except molasses, into a blender.
  • Add molasses, one Tablespoon at a time, to taste.
  • Puree.
