General applicability:

Almond Walnut Butter
Green: recipe contains only neutral or a beneficials ingredients for that type.

Ingredient list:
  • 1 cup almonds
  • 1 cup walnuts
  • 1-2 Tablespoons ghee
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 or less tablespoon vegetable glycerin [or agave]


How to make it:
  • Blend all ingredients in a high powered blender, such as a Vitamix - will initially need a tamper to press the nuts toward the blades.
  • Stop when the consistency you prefer is achieved.
  • Eat with a spoon or use as a spread. Keep in a jar, refrigerated.
