Tomato soup with ginger and garlic


General applicability:

Tomato Soup

Ingredient list:
  • 1 can whole peeled roma tomatoes
  • Lots of fresh garlic
  • Lots of fresh ginger
  • Thinly sliced basil and coriander (cilantro)


How to make it:
  • Put first three ingredients in saucepan and then heat.
  • Add basil and coriander just before serving.
  • You could also use this soup as a sauce for fish or hamburger mince.
