Description:
A quick protein fix for those who hate the taste of tofu


General applicability:

Tofu Shakes
Green: recipe contains only neutral or a beneficials ingredients for that type.
Yellow: recipe contains an secondary avoid ingredient that may be substituted by a more permissable one.
Orange: contains an avoid in a primary ingredient.



Ingredient list:
  • 125g soft tofu
  • 1 cup soy milk
  • 2 kiwi fruit or peaches(or 1 cup of Berries)
  • 2 tbsp of honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 2 or 3 ice cubes


How to make it:
  • Peel and roughly cut the fruit.
  • Put all the ingredients in a blender and process until smooth and creamy.
  • Drink it really soon, while its still cold.
  • Makes two small or one meal-sized shake.
