Description:
This is a tasty and easy way to enjoy soy tempeh.


General applicability:

Delicious Tempeh
Green: recipe contains only neutral or a beneficials ingredients for that type.
Yellow: recipe contains an secondary avoid ingredient that may be substituted by a more permissable one.
Orange: contains an avoid in a primary ingredient.



Ingredient list:
  • 4 ounces or less of tempeh (I use Lightlife organic soy tempeh)
  • 1 slice of soy cheese (I use swiss flavor Veggie Slices) [or use a BTD compliant substitute]
  • olive oil


How to make it:
  • Brown the tempeh block on both sides in a non stick skillet in a little olive oil.
  • Turn heat off and lay the cheese slice on top to melt.
