Delicious chicken with rice and yellow bell peppers


  • General applicability:

    Ingredient list:
    • two chicken bullion cubes
    • 2 large chicken breasts
    • 1-2 yellow bell peppers
    • 1/2 an onion
    • 2 cups of insta-rice
    • 1 tsp of minced garlic
    • 1 tsp of onion powder
    • 4 cups water


    How to make it:
    • cube chicken breastfeeding and put in skillet. Brown on medium heat. Chop onions and bell peppers up. Add to pan. Add onion powder and garlic. cook rice in separate pan. Add rice to skillet with 4 cups water. Add bullion. Let cook til water evaporates to create a thick-ish sauce. Serve.
