Ingredient list:
  • Sesame oil
  • Squash seeds
  • Seasoning or your choice


How to make it:
  • Place 1 Tablespoon sesame oil with your choice of seasoining in shallow baking dish.
  • Clean and wash seeds.
  • Stir into oil to coat and bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes till golden.
  • Stirring every 10 min.
  • Eat shell and all for the benefit of the entire seed.
