DESCRIPTION: For the past year in a half I have been disgusted with meat and chicken. Driving my family nuts with the way that they should cook it....BURNED! I decided to try to become a vegetarian about a year ago. On my own I thought that I was getting the right nutrients with vegetables and tofu. I began to get palpatations in my heart and ran back to meat since I thought that I was lacking protein. I had never felt so bloated in my life. I thought that I didn't have the enzymes to break down tofu and so therefore I was not getting enough protein. We'll.. the story goes like this...I should of listened to my body....I just discovered that I am Type A!!! I am thrilled. The main thing that I was lacking was protein but I was not getting enough of it. I need to incorporate fish, as well as good carbs. I have always loved tofu and Soy products I can not get enough of. I have been following the diet for three days and have never felt better. No bloating in the evenings (I thought that I was just going to have to live with that for the rest of my life) I couldn't wait untill the morning because that is when my stomach would go down. I have not indigestion. Everything is beautiful and perfect. I don't feel sluggish and have losts of energy.. I had also noticed that after I had worked out with weights I was drained.. (This is not psycho-somatic either) I shouldn't be doing those types of exercises.......This has changed my life. I believe every single word in the book Eat Right FOR YOUR BLOOD TYPE. I have a passion for nutrition and if any one needs help on understanding the book, I would be more that happy to help.
