DESCRIPTION: I was eating mostly vegetarian but did ingest milk products as well as tomato products occassionally. Several foods that are not for type A (bananas = a stomach ache for me; tomatoes = burning mouth; beef = stomach cramps) were low on my list, but now have been eliminated. The interesting things is that previously whenever I ate walnuts, especially raw, my mouth would feel like it was on fire. However, now, since following the diet, I can enjoy raw walnuts without that burning senstation. Perhaps, the walnuts were simply system overload. (I didn't eat that many walnuts, but even in cookies, etc. I was sensitive to them.) Also, my fingernails look terrific and many people have asked me if I have just returned from Hawaii. How about that? I feel GREAT - the best since I was pregnant 25 years ago and have plenty of energy. Thank you for a great book! (P.S. I have your COOKINGS RIGHT FOR YOUR TYPE too :) )
