- Type A (5 beneficials)
- Type A Non Secretor (1 beneficials)
- Type AB (4 beneficials)
- Type AB Non Secretor (3 beneficials)
- Type O (2 beneficials)
- 1 Tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 small carrot grated
- 1 small zucchini grated
- 5 ounces silken tofu
- 1 Tablespoon chopped fresh parsley or basil
How to make it:
- In a small skillet, heat oil over low heat
- Add garlic and saute 2 minutes
- Add carrot and cook 3 to 4 minutes
- Add zucchini and tofu
- With the side of a spoon, chop tofu as it warms, and stir until cooked
- Season with salt and herbs
