- 4 salmon steaks
- 1 Tablespoon garlic-shallot mixture
- 2 Tablespoon olive oil
- Juice of 1 lemon
- sea salt
How to make it:
- Preheat broiler
- Rub steaks with garlic-shallot mixture, oil, lemon, and salt
- Cook 4 to 8 minutes on each side
- Test for doneness by prodding with a fork to see if flesh separates easily
