Ingredient list:
  • 4 salmon steaks
  • 1 Tablespoon garlic-shallot mixture
  • 2 Tablespoon olive oil
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • sea salt


How to make it:
  • Preheat broiler
  • Rub steaks with garlic-shallot mixture, oil, lemon, and salt
  • Cook 4 to 8 minutes on each side
  • Test for doneness by prodding with a fork to see if flesh separates easily
