Noodles with bean sauce

Ingredient list:
  • Cooked rice noodles
  • Cooked pinto beans [or BTD compliant substitute]
  • ghee or olive oil
  • parsley
  • diced onion
  • garlic
  • sea salt


How to make it:
  • Throw rice noodles in a non stick pan with a little ghee or olive oil
  • Puree cooked pinto beans in a chopper or blender, then add some diced onion, garlic and sea salt
  • Add some rinsed parsley
  • Add olive oil as you chop
  • Pour the bean mix into the warmed noodles and stir.
  • If you can eat cheese, I would have thrown some grated cheese on top
