A simple, fast, cheap, and tasty tuna salad recipe
Best Used By Blood Types:
- Type B Non Secretor (2 beneficials)
- 1 can of light yellow fin tuna (in water)
- 1 tomato (beefsteak)
- 1 handful of crushed walnuts
- 2 Tablespoons olive oil
- 2 Tablespoons red wine vinegar
How to make it:
- Chop tomato and tuna into a bowl.
- Add crushed walnuts and oil and vinegar.
- Mix it together and enjoy!
