Sauteed Kale

Ingredient list:
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 4 cups packed kale leaves, rinsed well and dried
  • 1 Tablespoon + 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  • pinch of sea salt
  • pinch of freshly ground black pepper


How to make it:
  • In large skillet, heat oil; add kale.
  • Cook, stirring frequently, until kale is tender.
  • Sprinkle with lemon juice, salt and pepper. Enjoy!
