Description:

Sorry, those of you who canít have corn. This is too good to leave out.


Best Used By Blood Types:
  • Type A (3 beneficials)

Ingredients:
  • 3/4 cup corn meal
  • 1/2 cup rice flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1 Tablespoon baking powder[baking powder Recipes]
  • 1/2 onion, chopped
  • 1 small jar pimentos (optional)
  • 1/2 cup cooking oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 2 cans cream-style corn

How to make it:
  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Mix all ingredients well, pour into 9X13-inch dish.
  3. Bake 40 minutes or until top looks dry.
  4. Test with spoon, bake more if still soupy.
