Ingredient list:
  • Celery
  • Lemon juice
  • Olive oil
  • Sea salt
  • Raisins


How to make it:
  • After washing celery, slice thinly on the bias.
  • Blanch them for about a minute, more or less depending how crispy you want them.
  • Then drain the celery.
  • Add sea salt, lemon juice, raisins and olive oil to taste.
  • Mix.
  • For B's you may add some capers.
