Tofu Carob Sugar-Free/Protein Drink

Ingredient list:
  • 8 ounces tofu, extra soft
  • 3 cups rice milk [or BTD compliant milk]
  • 1/4 teaspoon stevia [or BTD compliant sweetener]
  • 1 Tablespoon carob powder


How to make it:
  • Blend and chill.
  • Makes 1 qt.
