Description:
This is a very yummy salad made with common ingredients that's very healthy and cancer superbeneficial four our type. I never measure my ingredients for a salad so if it is listed then it is an approximate.

| | Ingredients:- Kale
- Romaine lettuce
- Carrots
- Broccoli
- Cucumber
- Alfalfa Sprouts
- Feta cheese
- Dill, Parsley, Oregano & Tarragon herbs (abt 1/4-1/2 tsp each)
- 1/2 tsp Ground Flax Seeds
- Walnuts
- Grapes or Cherries for sweetness
How to make it:- Mix all ingredients in a bowl and top with a BTD compatable, vinegar free dressing of your choice. I make sure to use Garlic (CB) in my dressing.
