Tofu medley is an entree based on the blood type diet. . . Put entire package of firm tofu in freezer for 8 hours. . . . Remove tofu from freezer and break up into little pieces... Stir fry with baby carrots, broccoli, and garlic into a satisfying dish. . .

  • 1 container firm tofu
  • carrots
  • broccoli
  • garlic
  • olive oil

How to make it:
  1. Put entire package of firm tofu in freezer for 8 hours.
  2. Remove tofu from freezer and break up into little pieces.
  3. Stir fry with baby carrots, broccoli, and garlic into a satisfying dish.
