Ingredients:
  • Goat Meat
  • Curry
  • Season Salt
  • Pepper
  • Tomato
  • Scallion/Onion
  • olive Oil

How to make it:
  1. Clean and chop goat in bite-sized pieces
  2. boil until almost tender 1 1/2 hr pour
  3. off water
  4. Season with black pepper, curry, seasoning salt
  5. Add oil in pot, and brown meat on low/medium heat.
  6. Add onion or scallion, tomatoes, 1 cup of water simmer low heat for 30 - 45 mins
