Description:

Quick and easy to make, mix up the spices and bag them ahead of time to add to the meat later.

Ingredients:
  • 1 pound ground venison (or beef)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 pinch of nutmeg
  • 1 pinch allspice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder or minced
  • 1 teaspoon sage
  • 1/4 teaspoon thyme
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper
  • pinch grated lemon peel
  • 1/8 cup warm water

How to make it:
  1. Add spices to water.
  2. Blend well into 1 pound of your favorite ground meat. Make into patties.
  3. Fry or grill on the George Foreman.
