- Type A (4 beneficials)
- Type A Non Secretor (2 beneficials)
- Type AB (3 beneficials)
- Type AB Non Secretor (3 beneficials)
- Type B Non Secretor (2 beneficials)
- Type O (2 beneficials)
- 200-300 grams pumpkin pieces
- one big garlic clove
- some sea salt or dried salted vegetable mix
- one apple
- a few celery leaves
- 1 teaspoon of olive oil
- some olive pieces - optional
How to make it:
- All of that mixed in multi-practice kitchen machine to became mash - preparing time about 15 minutes.
