Ingredient list:
  • okra
  • leeks
  • anchovy
  • olive oil extra v
  • oregano
  • salt
  • pepper


How to make it:
  • put oil and leeks cut in little pieces in a pot and cook on low for 5 minutes
  • add okra cut in half,salt and pepper.
  • cover and cook until all the liquid turns creamy.
  • add anchovy diced and oregano.
  • now mix with a wooden spoon until done
  • serve hot.
