- Type A Non Secretor (3 beneficials)
- Type O (2 beneficials)
- olive oil extra v
How to make it:
- put oil and leeks cut in little pieces in a pot and cook on low for 5 minutes
- add okra cut in half,salt and pepper.
- cover and cook until all the liquid turns creamy.
- add anchovy diced and oregano.
- now mix with a wooden spoon until done
- serve hot.
