How to make it:
  • Peal and grate the raw kohlrabi.
  • Toss it with olive oil and lemon juice.

    Variations:
  • For a more lemony flavor, add grated lemon peel.
  • For a sweeter taste, add a little fruit-only preserves like plum or fig.
