- 1 small can white tuna packed in water
- 2 Tablespoons toasted walnuts
- 3 Tablespoons shredded carrots
- 1 Tablespoon diced onion
- 1 Tablespoon chopped parsley
- 2 tablespoons BTD mayonnaise
- sea salt & cracked black pepper, to taste
How to make it:
- Mix all ingredients and serve on toast for a sandwich, or on rice crackers for a snack.
