Ingredient list:
  • pumpkin
  • honey
  • olive oil
  • feta cheese
  • pine nuts


How to make it:
  • Cut pumpkin into small bite sized pieces
  • Drizzle with virgin olive oil and honey
  • Roast until cooked.
  • Remove from oven and put into bowl and toss with toasted pine nuts and crumbled feta cheese.
  • Very delicious salad or serve with pasta/orzo for a main dish.
