High Protein Chocolate Mocha Soy Shake


General applicability:

Soy Shake
Green: recipe contains only neutral or a beneficials ingredients for that type.

Ingredient list:
  • 8 oz. chocolate silk soymilk
  • 1/2 scoop soy protein powder
  • 1 tblsp. honey
  • 2 tblsp. 'Caffe de Vita'
  • 8 oz. crushed ice


How to make it:
  • Place all ingredients except ice in a blend.
  • Blend on low.
  • While blending, add crushed ice.
  • Turn blender on high. Blend until smooth.
  • Pour in iced glass or thermal cup and enjoy.
