Description:
This is a bread machine recipe adapted from 'Great Bread Machine Recipes' by Norman A. Garrett. This makes a flavorful but heavy 1 lb loaf. I have achieved good results with my Proctor Silex, you may have to experiment a little to get good results.

| | Ingredients:- 3/4 teaspoon active dry yeast
- 1 Tablespoon brown sugar
- 3/4 cup rolled oats
- 1 1/2 cups spelt flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 1/2 teaspoons soy milk
- 1 Tablespoon olive oil
- 1 Tablespoon molasses
- 3/4 cup warm water
How to make it:- Place into bread machine according to manufacturer's instructions.
- Adjust for your compliance.
