This is a tasty and easy way to enjoy soy tempeh.
Best Used By Blood Types:
- Type A (3 beneficials)
- Type A Non Secretor (1 beneficials)
- Type AB (3 beneficials)
- Type AB Non Secretor (2 beneficials)
- Type O (1 beneficials)
- 4 ounces or less of tempeh (I use Lightlife organic soy tempeh)
- 1 slice of soy cheese (I use swiss flavor Veggie Slices) [or use a BTD compliant substitute]
- olive oil
How to make it:
- Brown the tempeh block on both sides in a non stick skillet in a little olive oil.
- Turn heat off and lay the cheese slice on top to melt.
