General applicability:

Easy Skillet Catfish
Green: recipe contains only neutral or a beneficials ingredients for that type.

Ingredient list:
  • 3 catfish fillets
  • seasoning of choice
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar [or use a BTD compliant substitute]
  • 1/4 cup water


How to make it:
  • Season fish on both sides.
  • Heat water and apple cider vinegar in a large skillet on medium high.
  • When hot, add catfish and poach until done, turning occasionally.
  • Serves 2-3.
