Toasted Sweet Mini Bell Peppers

Ingredient list:
  • 1 pkg. sweet mini bell peppers
  • 1-8 oz. container of crumbled goat cheese
  • garlic salt
  • olive oil
  • lemon juice


How to make it:
  • Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
  • Thoroughly wash peppers and cut into bite size pieces.
  • Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
  • Place peppers on cookie sheet.
  • Sprinkle with olive oil, lemon juice, and garlic salt.
  • Place some goat cheese on each pepper piece.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes.
